AI and digital for luxury, from maison to hotel.

We build platforms and AI tools for luxury brands and hotels — commerce, CRM and WeChat, forecasting and language models — on the data they already hold.

Our team has built digital platforms for LVMH maisons, Lane Crawford and FICOFI. Our founder built his own restaurant, listed in the Michelin Guide three years running. Senior people on every project.

Why now

AI has changed what digital is for.

We have built digital platforms for luxury brands for years. Since 2023, we build them with AI in the loop, in small senior teams, and we start from the needs that have changed.

Screens got cheaper. Systems didn't.

AI now drafts code, content and interfaces in hours. What still takes experience is what runs behind them: the data, the integrations and the processes a team relies on every day.

Clients arrive through AI.

Assistants and shopping agents now read a catalogue or a hotel's offer before the client reaches the brand. Product data, content and service have to be built for them too.

The value is in the decisions.

Which tasks to automate, on which data, with what controls, and where a person must stay in charge. That is where our work begins.

What we do

Three practices, one team.

For luxury maisons, hotels and their restaurants. We also take on a small number of enterprise projects outside these sectors.

AI · Maisons

Maisons, retail and private-client businesses

  • Clienteling and CRM intelligence — who to contact, with what and when, prepared for each advisor.
  • Product and content operations — catalogue, content and translation work across markets, drafted and checked.
  • Service triage — client correspondence read, prioritised and routed, with first drafts for review.
  • Reporting — packs assembled from the commerce, CRM and ERP systems already in place.
Starts witha one-day workshop, then an 8-week pilot on one use case.
Grounded in our digital work for Sephora China, DFS and FICOFI.
AI · Hotels

Hotels and restaurants

  • F&B production and food cost — covers and production forecast per outlet, over-production cut without touching the guest experience.
  • Labour against demand — rostered hours matched to forecast occupancy, shift by shift.
  • Guest intelligence — requests and reviews read, grouped and routed; recurring issues surfaced weekly.
  • Rooms and management view — occupancy, ADR and RevPAR read against forecast and last year, in a daily brief for the general manager and a comparable view across properties.
Starts withan 8-week ServiceFlow pilot on one outlet.
Built on our founder's years running restaurants and a central kitchen in Hong Kong.

Digital platforms

Commerce, CRM and client apps

  • Experience design — research, UX and UI for sites, apps and WeChat mini-programs, delivered as a design system the team can reuse.
  • Commerce and social — e-commerce, WeChat stores and mini-programs, livestream selling.
  • Brand and content platforms — portals and sites on headless CMS, integrated with the ERP, with product data structured for AI assistants and shopping agents.
  • CRM integration — Salesforce and custom CRM, connected to commerce and back-office systems.
  • Run and evolve — hosting, security and monthly improvements after launch.
Starts witha fixed-scope sprint, then a monthly retainer to run and evolve it.
Built on our work for Sephora China, DFS, Lane Crawford, La Samaritaine and FICOFI.

The tool proposes. Your team decides.

Every recommendation arrives with the figures behind it and waits for a person to approve it. Nothing orders stock, changes a roster or writes to a client on its own. When a manager corrects a number, the correction is kept — the tool learns how that team works.

Our product

ServiceFlow — tomorrow’s kitchen and staffing plan.

Built from the hotel’s own forecast and the PMS and POS data it already has. Each evening: covers per outlet, a production plan per station and hours matched to demand, with the reasons behind every number. No hardware, no migration, and a person approves every change.

Covers and production

Tomorrow’s covers per outlet and service, turned into a production plan per station, adjusted for guest mix, events and the day of the week.

Hours against demand

Rosters checked against the forecast, so overtime peaks and short shifts show up before the week starts, not on the payroll.

From one hotel to the region

Each general manager gets one brief every morning. Regional and owner teams see every hotel side by side: forecast accuracy, hours against demand, and where the plan was not followed.

Offered as an 8-week pilot, one outlet at a time. Screens above use illustrative data.

Approach

Measured before it is scaled.

01

Leadership workshop

1 day

What has changed in your business and where AI and digital now pay: the use cases specific to your properties or markets, and a walkthrough on your own figures.

02

Pilot or sprint

8 weeks · or fixed scope

AI tools start with a pilot on one site: baseline, shadow mode alongside the team, then live, against a target agreed before we begin. Digital builds run as fixed-scope sprints.

03

Roll-out

site by site

The same method taken to further outlets, properties and markets, each on its own data and its own team's corrections.

04

Subscription or retainer

monthly

A subscription for ServiceFlow, per hotel. A retainer for the platforms we build and run: hosting, security and monthly improvements. Either starts only once the work is live and measured, with a monthly review.

Governance

Built to pass your IT and legal review.

  • Read-only to startThe tools read from existing systems or exports. Nothing to migrate.
  • No guest or client data to startA pilot runs on aggregated operating figures.
  • NDA before any data is sharedData held where you agree, deleted at the end on request.
  • Your IT team approves integrationsNo connection to corporate systems without it.
  • Pricing and distribution untouchedWe analyse rooms performance; rates and distribution stay with your revenue team.
  • Fixed scope, fixed feeEvery stage agreed in writing before it starts.
